StarlineForms
A form that emails you a notification has created work. A form that creates a CRM contact has created a lead. StarlineForms does the second, on a public URL anybody can fill in without an account.

Building a form
Name the fields, choose their types, mark which are required. Single line, email, phone, paragraph and choice. The builder is plain form controls, so it keeps working when a script does not — a form builder that loses an afternoon to a failed script is not worth the drag handles.
The public page
Each form gets its own URL with random characters in the slug, so URLs cannot be guessed or walked. Submissions are rate-limited per connection, bounded in length, and never echoed back onto the page. Switching a form off makes its URL 404 immediately.
Into the CRM
Where the form asks for a name, an email or a phone number, the submission becomes a StarlineCRM contact automatically. Where it does not, the submission is still stored in full — and the form page says which submissions produced a contact and which did not, so a badly named field is a thing you can see and fix.
The rest of the workspace
StarlineForms is one of eight products on one account. They share the same customer record and the same Knowledge Base.
