A preview shows how many contacts and companies will be created, which rows are duplicates, and which will be skipped — before anything is saved.
Rows without an email are refused
A contact with no address can never be emailed and would block a whole campaign at release. Those rows are skipped, named, and downloadable as CSV so you can fix the source.
Companies grouped automatically
Matched on domain first, then on a normalised name. Ten contacts at one employer become one company record.
Working your list
Search and filter
By name, email, job title or company. Filter by lifecycle state to see only what you are working on.
Qualification rules
Set the job titles, industries and company sizes you care about. Run them, and matching contacts are marked qualified.
Notes and history
Every contact carries its own timeline — imported, qualified, drafted, sent, replied — so you can see what happened without guessing.
Export any view
Whatever the table is showing, export it as CSV. Opens correctly in Excel.

Edit before approving

Never sends twice
If sending is interrupted, the queue errs toward not re-sending. A missing email you can send by hand; a duplicate you cannot take back.

Credentials encrypted
SMTP passwords and API keys are stored with AES-256-GCM, outside the web root, and never reach the browser.
User accounts and roles
Invite your team. Super admins manage accounts; everyone else gets the product and nothing more.
